RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

Most items shipped from Phenommart.com are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within this 30-day window for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at support@phenommart.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Authorization

  • Once your request is approved, an RMA number and return instructions will be sent via email.
  • Include the RMA number with your return to ensure proper processing.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is covered by Phenommart.com.
  • A prepaid shipping label will be provided after your return is authorized.

Return Requirements

  • Returned items must be in good physical condition (not damaged or broken).
  • All original packaging, parts, and accessories must be included.
  • Items must be returned to the designated address provided with your RMA.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Shipping & handling fees
  • Gift wrap fees
  • Taxes (state, customs, or VAT)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain personal care or hygiene items

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send your return to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with visible signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, or with missing/damaged parts not due to our error
  • Returns received more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting may be delayed).
  3. Contact your bank (some processing time may apply).

If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@phenommart.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, email us at support@phenommart.com for further instructions.

Note: Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the item is received.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
